How Do I Place an Order?

  • We offer two primary ways to order: Miguisa ROES and Photoreflect Studio



    Miguisa Photo is the original ROES lab. Designed for the power user, Miguisa ROES is full of ordering features and includes our complete catalog of products. Orders can be submitted one catalog at a time in ROES. 



    Order now using the shopping cart on miguisaphotolab.com. It’s the quickest, easiest path to gorgeous print products from your images! The online ordering option will allow you to order from multiple catalogs at one time.

Why was my Shipping Method changed?

If the items in your order do not qualify for the shipping method you selected, or if you are shipping to a P.O. Box and have selected a shipping method that will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we will modify your shipping method to avoid any delays in the processing of your order.



When we modify the shipping method, we will do our best to choose a method that will not result in additional time in transit, however, the shipping cost may need to be adjusted.

When will my order ship?

You can see all the estimated turnaround times on our website. 



These are estimated times and do not include Holidays or transit times. 



If an order is ever needed in hand by a specific day, we recommend making a note of your deadline for our production team.



You can use the special instructions field in ROES or use the change/cancel link in your confirmation email when ordering online.

When should I place my order to receive by a specific day?

You can see all of our production times on our website.

Our production times are approximate so if an order is ever needed by a particular time we encourage you to let us know either in the special instructions or by using the change/cancel link in the confirmation email. 

If you need to expedite the production time for a particular product we do offer 50% and 100% rushes for most products.

  • The 50% rush would halve the production time and add half the cost of the order to the total.
  • The 100% rush would allow for 1/4 of the normal production time and would double the cost of the order.

Rush charges are calculated from the total cost of your order before shipping and do not affect time in transit.
