Miguisa Photo Lab Reprint and Refund Policy for Print Products
All Miguisa Photo Lab print products are not returnable or exchangeable. Do not ship or return the product to Miguisa Photo Lab.
For any reason you are unhappy with the product you received, please email info@miguisaphotolab.com. Reports made to the Support team over the phone will not initiate a reprint or refund. An email with pictures to demonstrate the issue is required.
In your email, please include:
- Name or email address on the Miguisa Photo Lab account
- Order number
- Name of your project or product
- Describe the issue.
- Pictures that clearly demonstrate the issue.
Pictures are required to review and compare what was ordered and what was made. After review, we will be happy to work with you to determine a resolution for a reprint or refund.
All refunds are made to the original payment method used in the order. Please allow 5-10 business days for bank processing for the refund to appear in your bank account.
